DETOXING YOUR BODY IS BULLSHIT AND STUPID!
Supporting the body to detox is rubbish and idiotic if you don't know what it means.
To begin with, THE BODY IS SELF-HEALING
That is, it detoxes/cleanses itself around the clock – through your elimination channels which are kidneys, liver, lungs, skin, lymphatic system, and intestines. The problem is that our "modern" lifestyle means that more acids, cellular waste, toxins, and excess mucus build up than the body can eliminate.
Therefore, "supporting the body to detox/cleanse itself" does not mean that we do the work for the body, but that we help the body's natural systems to function optimally.
We do this through alkaline-forming foods, powerful cleansing and health-boosting herbs, exercise, breathing/relaxation exercises, sauna and nature, and much more.
Here are valuable things you need to consider
1. The food should not block
Acid/mucus-forming foods such as meat, dairy, starch, gluten (oats, wheat, barley, rye) coffee, soda, inflammatory processed vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower, corn, soy) burden the lymph.
Light, watery, and nutrient-rich foods such as fruits, berries, vegetables, and various powders (e.g., rosehip, moringa, etc.) provide the body with the conditions it needs to help you eliminate waste and strengthen the body.

2. The lymph must flow
The lymph is the body's "sewage system." When it stagnates, acids and toxins accumulate, leading to pain and inflammation.
Fruits and herbs get the lymph moving; exercise and breathing help.
3. The kidneys must filter
Kidneys that filter well, urine with some "cloudiness" = acids leaving the body.
Kidneys that do not filter acids dump them into joints, skin, organs, which is NO BUENO
Therefore, at AEAA, we focus heavily on kidney support (herbs, whole fruits, and fruit/vegetable juices).
4. The skin is your third kidney
Rashes, acne, eczema mean that the body is using the skin to release waste/debris because your other elimination channels, including the lymph, are overloaded or not functioning as they should.
These are not "skin problems" but rather your body's intelligent cleansing attempts.

AEAA recommends supporting your body as follows:
Eat more fruits, berries, melons, green leaves.
Drink herbal teas for intestines, kidneys/adrenals, lymph, liver, blood circulation, lungs, and the nervous system
Move daily, as lymph circulates when you move your muscles.
Breathe deeply and sleep well; the nervous system controls the cleansing organs.
Dare to view rashes and fatigue during detox as signs that your body is working.
